2 men arrested for Burglary 3rd in Fayette, NY

On 02/03/2012 NYSP Waterloo arrested Robert VanFleet, 18 yr old, of 2144 Elton Rd Bloomfield, NY and Kyle Craig, 21 yrs old, of 1855 Gravel Rd Seneca Falls, NY for Burglary 3rd. It is alleged that VanFleet and Craig stole property and scrap from abandoned buildings located on W River Rd in the town of Fayette.
Both were arraigned by T/Fayette Judge Sapio. VanFleet was committed to Seneca CO Jail in lieu of $2,000.00 cash/$5,000.00 bond and Craig was committed on $3,500.00 cash/$10,000.00 bond.
