Hornell Woman Charged With Two Counts Sexual Misconduct

The Steuben County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of Ellen B. Wilcox 20, of Steuben Street in the City of Hornell for two counts of sexual misconduct. Miss Wilcox was charged following an investigation by Deputies, which started out as a vehicle stop in the Village of Arkport. At the time of the traffic stop Miss Wilcox was found to be with the 16-year-old victim on two separate occasions in the City of Hornell. Miss Wilcox was arraigned in the Town of Hornellsville Court and is scheduled to appear in Hornell City Court on October 1st, 2009 to answer all related charges

Three Arrested in Dansville Home Invasion/Burglary

North Dansville, N.Y. – Police arrested three men from the Syracuse area, after a month-long investigation into a burglary and a home invasion robbery in the town of North Dansville in August. Michael Valentine III, Toby S. Ambriati, and Joel Kupczyk, all 20 years old from Liverpool are being held in the Livingston County Jail without bail. Valentine is charged with second-degree robbery, second-degree burglary, and third-degree Grand Larceny. Ambriati is charged with second-degree Robbery. Kupczyk is charged with second-degree Burglary and third-degree Grand Larceny. Police say more charges are possible in the case.

Hornell Man Arrested on Family Court Warrant

Steuben Deputies arrested Jamie Fox 30, of Hornell this evening. Acting on a warrant issued by family court Fox was arrested at his residence and arraigned in Hornellsville Town Court where he was remanded in lieu of $1200 undertaking.

Falls Man Arrested for Failure to Pay Wayland Fine

Sheriff Deputies early this morning on a Warrant issued by Wayland Court arrested Stephen Thompson 24, of Niagara Falls for failure to pay a fine. Thompson was arraigned in Wayland Court and remanded to Steuben County Jail
