On Saturday, May 29, 2010 the State Police conducted a DWI roving detail in Westchester County that yielded the following DWI arrests: - LEO K. NAPIOR, age 29, Dobbs Ferry, NY was arrested for DWI for having a .08% BAC while driving a motor vehicle. NAPIOR was issued traffic tickets returnable to the T/Elmsford Court on 06/09/10, - STEVE ROBBINS, age 36, Bronx, NY was arrested for DWI for having a .09% BAC while driving a motor vehicle. ROBBINS was issued traffic tickets returnable to the T/Yorktown Court on 06/09/10. In addition to the two DWI arrests, the following traffic tickets were also issued: 13 - speeding tickets 4 - seatbelt tickets 1 - child restraint ticket 9 - other traffic violations

On May 29, 2010 at 9:00pm through May 30, 2010, at 5:00am, The New York State Police conducted a DWI Enforcement Saturation Detail in Westchester County which resulted in the following arrests: Bruce Timmons, 61 years of age, of Katonah, NY, arrested on May 29, at 10:04pm, on ST-35 in the Town of Somers, for DWI (refusal), to appear in the Town of Somers Court on 6/14 at 5:30PM. Tony Arcidiacono, 53 years of age, of Katonah, NY, arrested on May 29, at 10:23pm, on ST-35 in the Town of Somers, for DWAI-Drugs, to appear in the Town of Somers Court on 6/4 at 5:30PM. Katsuhiko Kawasaki, 51 years of age, of Pound Ridge, NY, arrested on May 29, at 10:30pm, on ST-35 in the Town of Somers, for DWI (.12% BAC), to appear in the Town of Somers Court on 6/21 at 10:30PM. David Haight, 18 years of age, of Katonah, NY, arrested on May 30, at 2:10am, on ST-35 in the Town of Bedford, for DWI(.12%BAC), to appear in the Town of Bedford Court on 6/3 at 7:00PM. William Mendelson, 18 years of age, of Katonah, NY, arrested on May 30, at 3:26AM, on ST-100 in the Town of Somers, for driving while ability impaired by alcohol and drugs, to appear in the Town of Somers Court on 6/7 at 5:30PM.

On May, 29, 2010 at approximately 9:30pm, State Police stopped a vehicle on the Taconic State Parkway in the Town of East Fishkill after an occupant was observed making obscene gestures to passing motorist. The subject John Ennesser, 23 of Sharon CT was found to be wanted by the Dutchess County Probation department on an outstanding bench warrant from 2007. Ennesser was taken into custody and issued a ticket for consumption of an alcoholic beverage in a motor vehicle. He was then turned over to county probation officers.
