9 Teens Seriously Injured After Leaving Underage Drinking Party in Howard
The Steuben County Sheriffs Office reports the ongoing investigation into a one-vehicle multiple injury collision that occurred this morning on County Route 109 approx. 1/4 mile east of the intersection of Lane Road. At 4:53 AM, Sheriff Deputies and emergency personnel were dispatched to a reported one-vehicle roll-over motor vehicle collision with several occupants still located inside the vehicle. Upon arrival at the scene the following persons were identified as the passenger inside the vehicle;
Fatal ATV collision in Antwerp - 10 year old driver
Antwerp, NY - June 29, 2010
The New York State Police in Watertown are investigating a fatal ATV collision that occurred on 06/29/10 at approximately 8:09 PM.
10 year old David A. Martin of 697 CR-6, Moira, NY was operating a 2006 Polaris 4 wheel ATV in a northerly direction on his uncle, Luke S. Martin's, private property at 36815 CR-28, in the Town of Antwerp. The ATV struck a wire fence, ejecting David who was not wearing a helmet.
Antwerp fire and ambulance responded to the scene, transporting David to Samaritan Medical Center. David was pronounced dead at Samaritan Medical Center by Dr. Bevan at approximately 9:22 PM.

Parish Teen Charged With Unlawful Possession In Newfield
(Newfield, NY – June 30, 2010) On June 29, 2010, Troopers out of SP Ithaca arrested Ian D. Allardice, 18, of Parish, New York for Unlawful Possession of Marihuana. The arrest resulted after a traffic stop on Route 13 in the Town of Newfield. Mr. Allardice was found to be in possession of a marihuana pipe and a small quantity of marihuana.
