3 arrests made as Livingston County conducts alcohol compliance check investigations
Sheriff John M. York of Livingston County Sheriff’s Office announces that the agency conducted seventeen (17) alcohol compliance check investigations in the county on February 3, 2012 in the evening hours. This program was made possible by grant money from Healthy Communities That Care of Livingston County, which is associated with Council on Alcohol and Substance Abuse of Livingston County.
Sheriff John M. York pointed out that the following fourteen (14) locations did not sell to the underage buyer:

Sheriff John M. York noted that these establishments and their employees are the first line of defense in the battle against underage drinking. He praised them for their continued efforts in making Livingston County a safer and healthier environment for our youth.
The investigations resulted in the arrest of three (3) individuals on the charge of prohibited sale. The offenders are: Ethan Harrell – Wilson Farms, 50 Big Tree St., Livonia; Crystal Rightmyer – Wilson Farms, 3018 Main St., Caledonia; Deborah Goosen – Dutch Hollow Market, 6105 Avon Lima Road, Avon.
