3 charged with trespassing at Farmington’s Mertensia Park
On 2/20/12, at 11:29PM, Carl VanEtten of Victor, Alexander Scardino of Farmington and Erric Murray of Victor were issued trespass citations for violating the Town of Farmington’s local trespassing law. The three individuals were in Mertensia Park after the 10:00PM closing time and will appear in Farmington Town Court at a later date.
