Batavia man, medina man facing Conspiracy, petit Larceny charges

Angelo A. Cassidy 35 Lewis Place Batavia, NY was an employee at 2216 Angling Road Corfu, New York and allegedly falsified a weigh ticket which allowed Charles R. Gay 59 Hemlock Ridge Road Medina, NY to collect more money for scrap that was not actually present. An alleged agreement was made between the parties for money. Subjects were issued appearance tickets to answer both charges. Both are to appear in the Town of Pembroke Court on March 13, 2012 @ 5:30 PM.

Petit Larceny Misdemeanor
Conspiracy in the Sixth Degree Misdemeanor
