Bath man charged with AUO

The Steuben County Sheriff’s office reports the arrest of a Bath man. Richard P. Snyder, age 34, was charged with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation in the 2nd degree and no license plate lamp following a traffic stop on the Selleck Road. It is alleged that Mr. Snyder was operating a motor vehicle with an alcohol related revocation. Mr. Snyder was issued traffic tickets directing him to the Town of Bath court on a later date.
