Bloomfield man arrested on Rochester warrant
Patrick K Kelly, age 30, of Bloomfield NY, was arrested on a warrant for the Rochester Police Department, the charge listed on the warrant was petit larceny. Kelly was transported to exit 45 on the New York State Thruway where he was turned over to the Rochester Police Department for further action.
