BURGLARY 2ND ARREST – TOWN OF SOMERS

On February 7, 2012, the New York State Police in Somers arrested CHRISTOPHER D. FINNEY, 20 years of age from Lincolndale, NY, for Burglary 2nd Degree, Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 4th and Unlawful Possession of Marihuana. FINNEY was arrested subsequent to a burglary investigation in the Town of Somers. When arrested, FINNEY was in possession of heroin and marihuana. FINNEY was arraigned in the Town of Somers Court and remaned to the Westchester County Jail. He is scheduled to reappear in the Town of Somers Court on February 15, 2012, at 5:30 p.m.
