Chili man caught with pot in Batavia hotel room

Samoni T. Hazle, age 36, of Chili NY, was arrested for Unlawful Possession of Marijuana after he was found to allegedly possess marijuana in a room of a hotelon park Road in Batavia NY. Sheriff Deputies were called to the hotel after several guests complained to management of a strong odor of marijuana coming from the area of Hazel’s room. Hazel was issued an appearance ticket in the matter and is scheduled to appear in the Batavia Town Court on March 1, 2012 to answer the charge.
