DWI, AUO, Criminal Contemt and speeding charges for Medina man

Michael Martinez, age 27, of Medina NY, was stopped for Speeding (51 in a 40 MPH Zone). Upon investigation, he was found to have been allegedly operating the vehicle while intoxicated. Michael was also found to be in the presence of a subject whom had a stay away order of protection against him. Michael was arrested for the Criminal Contempt 2nd and issued appearance tickets to appear in T/Batavia Court on 3/1/12.

Charges: DWI, Driving w/.08% or more BAC, Criminal Contempt 2nd, AU0 3rd, Speeding 51/40
