ERRATIC OPERATOR ARRESTED FOR DWI

Warsaw, NY – February 1, 2012
On January 31, 2012 at 8:15 PM SP Warsaw Troopers responded to a report of an intoxicated male in front of a store on St-98 in the Town of Java. Prior to the Troopers arrival the subject left the scene in a green Chevrolet pick up truck. He was followed by a citizen who advised the police that he was driving in the southbound lane while going north on St-98. The operator Steven F. Conway, age 54 of Warsaw was located inside a barn on St-98 in Java. Mr. Conway failed field sobriety tests and was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated. He was processed at SP Warsaw where a breath test revealed a BAC of .15 %. Mr. Conway was issued tickets returnable to the Town of Java Court on 02/15/12.
