Virginia E. Crean
Sheriff John M. York reports the arrest of two people involved in the
thefts of scrap metal from the Caledonia area. On 07/30/2010 Livingston
County Sheriff's Office Investigators arrested Chad E. Curts age 27 and
Virginia E. Crean age 34 both of Caledonia for Criminal Mischief in
Chad E. Curts
the
third degree and Grand Larceny in the Fourth degree. Curts is currently
held on $10,000 cash/ $20,000 bond and Crean is held on $5,000 cash /
$10,000 bond. Both are scheduled to appear at Caledonia Town Court at a
later date to answer the charges. The Investigation continues.
