Stop for speeding leads to CPM 4th arrests
On 03/08/10, NORMAN C. GHEE, age 45, and JANICE T. WITRSAN, age 33, both of 71 Marshall St., Rochester, NY, were stopped for speeding on the Thruway. Both subjects were arrested for Unlawful Possession of Marijuana 4th, and released to appear in the Town of Schuyler court on 03/22/10 at 6:00 pm. Mr. GHEE was also charged with having an expired inspection and an open container of alcohol in the vehicle.
