Bath State Police arrested JASON D. ROSS, 32, of Bath for Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated with a BAC of .19% and several other traffic violations following a traffic stop on 3/3/10. He is scheduled to appear in the Town of Avoca Court on 3/16/10.
