(Homer, NY – March 8, 2010) On March 3, 2010, Troopers out of SP Homer arrested Vaughn E. Long, 20, of Cortland, NY for Unlawful Possession of Marihuana. The arrest resulted after a traffic stop on Port Watson Street. During the investigation Mr. Long was found to be in possession of a pipe containing marihuana residue. He was issued an appearance ticket returnable in the City of Cortland Court on March 19, 2010.
