On Friday March 5, 2010 at 12:03 AM on I/S 590s at Browncroft Blvd in the City of Rochester, Trooper Adam Halstead arrested Noreen S. Burdick, 11/18/1961 of 880 S Clinton Ave, Rochester NY, for Criminal Possession of Controlled Substance. Investigation revealed that a vehicle operated by David E. Prince, 4/17/1981 of 125 Kentwood Dr. Dover Delaware was stopped for Failure to Signal. During initial apoproach of vehicle Tpr Halstead observed what appeared to be marijuana particles on the floor board and in the ash tray of vehicle. All subjects in the vehicle were acting suspicious driver was asked to exit vehicle. driver exited and the became verball abusive. a search of Mr Prince yielded a large amount of money and an empty small plastic bag. During the search of the vehicle several indicators of crack cocaine usage along with 2 crack rocks was observed in plain view of the open purse in the rear seat. Ms Burdick admitted the purse was hers and she was placed in custody for the crack possession. Mr Prince was released along with his vehicle and Ms. Burdick was issued an appearance ticket for CPCS 7th returnable to the City of Rochester Court on March 18, 2010 at 9:30AM.
