On March 5th, 2010 State Police in Kingston arrested a 47 year old Saugerties woman for DWI following a traffic stop on Down St in the City of Kingston. Maria Neglia, 47, of Saugerties, who was the designated driver, was stopped for running a stop sign. She was then taken into custody for DWI and transported to SP Kingston for processing. She was charged with DWI and released on tickets to appear at a later date in the City of Kingston Court.
