Zone One Commander Michael J. Cerretto announces the following:
On Saturday March 6, 2010 at 10:190 PM, Trooper David Eisler arrested Jason J. Millington, 09/11/1979 of 56 R Erion Cresent, Rochester NY, for Driving While Intoxicated on St Rt 96 in the Town of Manchester. Subsequent to a traffic stop for speeding, Mr Millington was found to be under the influence of alcohol. Defendants BAC was .20% and was issued traffic tickets for speeding and DWI. Mr Millington was arraigned at the Town of Farmington Court and was remanded to the Ontario County jail on $1000 cash, $2000 bond
