David M. Raison, 42, Lakeville, NY, was charged with Driving While Intoxicated, Refusal to Pre-Screen and Failure To Keep Right on February 27.  Following arraignment Raison was remanded to the Livingston County Jail with no bail.  Raison will answer charges in Livonia Town Court on a later date.

Todd J. Calvert, 17, Livonia, NY, was arrested February 26, charged with Disseminating Indecent Materials to Minors 2nd Degree and Sexual Misconduct.  Calvert will appear in Livonia Town Court on a later date.

Ian S. MacPherson, 69, Caledonia, NY, was charged February 27, with Driving While Intoxicated, Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated, Blood Alcohol Content .18% or Greater, Open Container of Alcoholic Beverage in a Motor Vehicle and Failure To Keep Right.  MacPherson will report to Caledonia Village Court to address charges on a later date.

Michael J. Belanger, 43, Sparta, NY, was arrested February 29, charged with Unlawful Possession of Marihuana, Reckless Endangerment, Endangering the Welfare of a Child, Menacing and Harassment 2nd Degree. Following arraignment in Sparta Town Court, Belanger was remanded to the Livingston County Jail in lieu of $25,000 cash bail/$50,000 property bond.  Belanger will return to Sparta Town Court to answer charges on a later date.

Christopher J. Schenk, 23, Naples, NY, was charged with 2 counts of Unlawfully Dealing With a Child First Degree, Consumption of Alcohol in a Motor Vehicle and Speeding on February 21.  Schenk will report to Avon Town Court to address charges on a later date.

Stephanie J. Walters, 32, Livonia, NY, was cited on February 24, with Making a Punishable False Statement.  Walters will answer charges in Livonia Town Court on a later date.

Donald R. LaClair, Jr., 30, Wayland, NY, was arrested March 2, charged with Disseminating Indecent Material to a Minor 2nd Degree.  Following arraignment in Groveland Town Court, LaClair was remanded to the Livingston County Jail in lieu of $7,500 cash bail.  LaClair will return to Groveland Town Court to answer charges on a later date.

David W. Eckert, 47, Greece, NY, was charged with Driving While Intoxicated, Failure To Pre-screen, Failure To Use Designated Lane and Failure To Stop At A Stop Sign on February 28.  Eckert will address charges in Caledonia Town Court on a later date.

Anthony L. Rudney, 18, Dansville, NY, was charged with Trespass on March 1.  Rudney will appear in Dansville Village Court to address charges on a later date.

Brian P. Cone, 43, Geneseo, NY, was cited for Harassment 2nd Degree on Mar 1.  Cone will answer charges in Groveland Town Court on a later date.

Burnup, 33, Avon, NY, was arrested March 1, charged with Driving While Intoxicated, Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated, Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle 2nd Degree, Consumption of Alcohol in a Motor Vehicle, Failure To Use Designated Lane and Failure To Keep Right.  Burnup will address charges in Geneseo Town Court on a later date.

Timothy G. Johnson, Jr., 16, Livonia, NY, was charged with Growing Cannabis By An Unlicensed Person on March 2.  Johnson will answer charges in Livonia Town Court on a later date.

Martin J. Coniglio, 24, Springwater, NY, was arrested and charged with Driving While Intoxicated, Blood Alcohol Content .18% or Greater and Failure To Use Designated lane on March 3.  Coniglio will report to Groveland Town Court to answer charges on a later date.

Preston A. Culpepper, 18, Dansville, NY, was cited for Trespass on February 27.  Culpepper will address charges in Dansville Village Court on a later date.

Tony A. Sherry, 19, Wayland, NY, was charged with Unlawful Possession of Marihuana on March 2.  Sherry will appear in Geneseo Village Court to answer charges on a later date.

Evan J. Rubie, 28, Rochester, NY, was arrested February 25, charged with Suspended/Revoked Registration, Expired Registration and Unlawful Possession of Marihuana.  Rubie will answer charges in Avon Town Court on a later date.

Christopher R. Reinhardt, 21, West Henrietta, NY, was charged with Unlawful Possession of Marihuana on February 28.  Reinhardt will answer charges in Avon Town Court on a later date.

Jason R. Morley, 18, Geneseo, NY, was cited for Unlawful Possession of Marihuana and Throwing a Substance Into The Roadway of February 28.  Morley will appear in Livonia Town Court to answer charges on a later date.
