Subject charged with Reckless Endangerment 2nd and Criminal Mischief 4th
On 03/04/10, JESSE C. BREMER, age 28, of 101 Owasco Lane, Manchester, NY was arrested by the New York State Police - Junius Ponds for Reckless Endangerment 2nd and Criminal Mischief 4th after a motorist traveling on the Thruway near the Manchester exit reported that a piece of wood was thrown from the South shoulder, smashing the windshield of his vehicle. A search of the area located Mr. BREMER, who was arrested and released to appear in the Town of Manchester court on 03/10/10 at 7:00 pm.
