On March 6, 2010, State Police at New Hampton arrested a PA man following a two car property damage auto accident on I-84 at approximately 2:30am. State Police report that WILLIAM G. TOTTEN III, age 21 of Matamoras, PA was arrested for DWI after he lost control of the vehicle he was driving on I-84 . TOTTEN was traveling westbound when he drifted off the left shoulder of the roadway striking several guide post before coming to rest in the middle of the roadway. A second vehicle which was traveling behind TOTTEN struck TOTTEN's vehicle which was sideways in both lanes, no injuries were reported. TOTTEN was issued traffic tickets returnable in Town of Deerpark Ct on 3/10/10 AT 7pm
