Zone One Commander Michael J. Cerretto announces the following:
On March 5, 2010, Trooper Patrick Hargather, arrested Richard J. Criffield, age 24, of 25 Ivy Green Circle, Rochester, NY for Driving While Intoxicated and Unlawful Possession of Marijuana. Mr. Criffield was stopped on Interstate 390 S/B in the Town of Greece and was also found to possess 5 plastic bags with marijuana. Defendant was issued traffic tickets and an appearance ticket returnable to the Town of Greece on March 24, 2010.
