Speeding Leads to Drug Arrest

Massachusetts man faces two Felony charges for drug possession.

Troop T Fultonville Troopers arrested Gary Fuller, 25, from Barre, MA when he was found to possess a variety of illegal drugs after the vehicle he was riding in was stopped for speeding. Mr. Fuller was in possession of psilocybin mushrooms, DMT (the hallucinogen dimethyltryptamine), ecstasy, LSD, Hashish and marihuana. He was charged with several different drug counts, including a B-Felony for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 3rd and a C-Felony for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 4th, due to the different types of drugs he possessed. He was also charged with an A-Misdemeanor for Criminally Using Drug Paraphernalia 2nd and a B-Misdemeanor for Unlawfully Possessing a Noxious Material, for a small canister of tear gas. Mr. Fuller was arraigned in the Town of Florida Court, Montgomery County, by Town Justice Stephen Brown and committed to the Montgomery County Jail without bail.
