On Friday March 5, 2010 at 9:26 PM on Upper Falls Blvd in the City of Rochester,Impact Trooper Thomas Walton made a traffic stop of Christopher Santanocasio for failure to stop at stop sign. Mr. Santanocasio was also found to be in possession of 8 grams of marijuana and issued a traffic ticket and an appearance ticket for UPM returnable to the City of Rochester Court on March 11, 2010 at 9:30 AM.
