On Friday, March 5, 2010 the State Police in Somers arrested the passenger of a vehicle that was stopped for a violation on State Route 6 in the Town of Yorktown. The passenger, PAUL H. RIVERA, 21 years old from Garrison, NY admitted to being in possession of a small amount of marijuana, which was then located in the passenger side door storage compartment. RIVERA was arrested for Unlawful Possession of Marijuana and issued an appearance ticket made returnable to the Town of Yorktown Court on March 23, 2010 at 7:00PM.
