Getzville man charged with DWI in Darien

On January 26, 2012 a vehicle was located at the intersection of County line Rd and Route 33 in the Town of Darien with its 4 way flashers on. Investigation revealed that the driver was allegedly driving while intoxicated. Donovan Michael Zandi, age: 22, of Getzville NY, was charged with Driving while intoxicated, Driving with BACabove .08% and is scheduled to be arraigned in Darien Town Court on 2/28/12 at 18:00.
