Keeseville woman arrested for DWI-Drugs
DATE AND TIME OF ARREST: 02/05/2012 at 0100hr
: Deputies stopped Jessica L. Decker, age 24, of Keeseville NY, for allegedly crossing the center lane markings on SR 3 in the Town of Saranac. Upon further interview it was determined that Decker was allegedly under the influence of a drug. She was arrseted and transported to the sheriff’s office for processing.
She was released from custody and is scheduled to appear in the Town of Saranac Justice Court at a later date to face the allegations.
CHARGES: Unsafe tires-infraction, Driving with an obstructed view-infraction, Drove across hazard markings-infraction, Operate a motorvehicle without a defroster-infraction, Driving while intoxicated-Misdemeanor, Operating a motorvehicle while impaired by drugs-Misdemeanor
