Livingston County Sheriff’s Report for 2/06/2012
The following persons were arrested as a result of investigation by the Livingston County Sheriff’s Office:
Kerrilyn Forsberg, 39, Mt. Morris, NY, was charged with Disorderly Conduct on January 27. Forsberg will appear in Mt. Morris Town Court to answer charges on a late date.
Robert A. Brisbane, 50, Lima, NY, was arrested January 23, charged with Criminal Possession of Marihuana 5th Degree and Unlawful Growing of Cannibis. Following arraignment in Livingston County Court, Brisbane was remanded to the Livingston County Jail in lieu of $500.00 cash bail. Brisbane will return to County Court to answer charges on a later date.
Todd L. Semmler, 43, Mt. Morris, NY, was arrested January 25, charged with Trespass and Disorderly Conduct. Semmler will address charges in Mt. Morris Town Court on a later date.
Curtis P. Williams, 35, Mt. Morris, NY, was arrested and charged with Failure To Register/Change of Address as a Sex Offender on January 30. Following arraignment in Mt. Morris Village Court, Williams was remanded to the Livingston County Jail in lieu of $5,000 cash bail/$10,000 property bond. Williams will return to Mt. Morris Village Court for a felony hearing on a later date.
Shawn E. Roney, 18, Caledonia, NY, Justin M. Buzard, 20, Springwater, NY, Jimmie J. Lane, 22, Michael D. Pragle and David G. Blaker, 23, all from Wayland, NY, were arrested January 26, and charged with Burglary 3rd Degree. Following arraignment all were remanded to the Livingston County Jail in lieu of $20,000 cash bail/$40,000 property bond and will answer charges on a later date in Springwater Town Court.
Michael J. Collister, 18, Mt. Morris, NY, was arrested January 28, charged with two counts of Unlawfully Dealing With a Child. Collister will report to Mt. Morris Town Court to answer charges on a later date.
Matthew J. Ramerman, 30, Rochester, NY, was charged with Unlawful Possession of Marihuana, Speeding and No/Inadequate Muffler on January 29. Ramerman will answer charges in Caledonia Village Court on a later date.
Elise L. Wagner, 23, Mt. Morris, NY, was cited for Unlawful Possession of Marihuana on January 30, and was released on an appearance ticket to appear in Leicester Town Court to answer charges on a later date.
Kevin T. Oleary, 22, Lima, NY, was charged on January 27, with Unlawful Possession of Marihuana. Oleary was released on an appearance ticket to report to Lima Town Court to answer charges on a later date.
Thomas C. Cessna, 21, Lima, NY, was arrested and charged with Unlawful Possession of Marihuana and No/Inadequate Muffler on January 27. Cessna will answer charges in Lima Town Court on a later date.
Anthony W. Schirmer, 66, Dansville, NY, was charged with Harassment 2nd Degree on January 31. Schirmer will answer charges in North Dansville Village Court on a later date.
Thomas W. Kissel, 37, Nunda, NY, was cited for Trespass on January 26, and was released on an appearance ticket to answer charges in Leicester Town Court on a later date.
Taylor A. Browne, 16, Nunda, NY, was charged with Harassment 2nd Degree on January 31. Browne will answer charges in Mt. Morris Town Court on a later date.
Monica M. Sims, 30, Sparta, NY, was arrested January 20, charged with False Reporting an Incident and Making a false Statement. Sims will report to Sparta Town Court to address charges on a later date.
Amos W. Homan, 51, Shippensburg, PA, was charged with Criminal Possession of a Weapon 4th Degree on February 1. Homan will appear in Geneseo Village Court to answer charges on a later date.
Philip L. Stokesberry, 53, Livonia, NY, was charged February 2, with Driving While Intoxicated, Blood Alcohol Content .08% or Greater and Uninspected Motor Vehicle. Stokesberry will appear in Conesus Town Court to answer charges on a later date.
