Manchester teen charged after taking girlfriends phone
On February 5, 2012 at about 10:30 pm Deputy’s responded to McDonald’s in Manchester for the report of a disturbance. Jordan Jerome, age 18, of Manchester NY was arrested for Petit Larceny and Harassment 2nd, after he took his girlfriends cell phone and refused to return it so that he could check text messages. Mr. Jerome was held at the Ontario County Jail on pre-arraignment detention and will be arraigned on 02/06/2012.
