Manchester teen charged with criminal contempt, criminal mischief
Ontario County Sheriff Deputies arrested Damian Gray, 16, of Morgans Run Manchester NY,for criminal contempt in the second degree and criminal mischief in the fourth degree. Damian is accused of violating a valid order of protection by intentionally damaging the victim’s property. He was transported to the Ontario County Jail for pre-arraignment detention, Damian will appear in Manchester Town Court at a later date to answer the charge.
