Oswego County Sheriff’s Report for 2/07/2012
Tuesday, 2/7/12:
On 2/6/12 at 9:30 a.m., Amanda M. Deloff, 33, of Ox Creek Lane, Fulton, NY was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of the Town of Mexico Court by Hon. Judge Gracey charging her with Failure to Pay a Fine. Ms. Deloff was arraigned in the Town of Hastings Court by Hon. Judge Clark and ROR’d.
On 2/6/12 at 7:06 a.m., Brittany M. Monette, 20, of CR 84, , West Monroe, NY was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of the Town of West Monroe. Ms. Monette was arraigned in the Village of Central Square Court and released, paying cash bail. Ms. Monette is scheduled to appear in the Town of West Monroe Court on 2/6/12.
On 2/6/12 at 12:58 p.m., Samuel T. Porter, 21, of CR 22, Altmar, NY was arrested for AUO, 3rd degree(suspended on 5/25/09 for violation of probationary license) and Operating a MV w/o Inspection Certificate following a traffic stop on SR 3 in the Town of Mexico. Mr. Porter was released on UTT’s, returnable to the Town of Mexico Court on 2/28/12.
On 2/6/12 at 3:50 p.m., Michael J. Osborn, 28, of Church St.Hannibal, NY was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of the Town of Hannibal Court. Mr. Osborn was arraigned in the Town of Hannibal Court by Hon. Judge Hafner and released after paying the fines.
On 2/6/12 at 11:02 p.m., Dale P. Writer, 63, of CR 40, Mexico, NY was arrested for DWI; Aggravated DWI (BAC of .18% or higher); Failure to Dim Lights and Failure to Notify of Address Change following an incident on SR 104B in the Town of Mexico initiated after he reportedly failed to dim the vehicle’s headlights, multiple times. Mr. Writer was arraigned in the Town of Mexico Court by Hon. Judge Gracey and ROR’d with a return to court date of 3/6/12.
On 2/6/12 at 6:25 a.m., Daniel R. McEwen Jr., 19, of CR 1 Oswego, NY was arrested for AUO, 3rd degree (suspended on 3/4/11 for Failure to Answer Summons in T/O Scriba) and Insufficient Tail Lamps following a traffic stop on Churchill Rd. in the Town of Scriba. Mr. McEwen was issued UTT’s and released with a return to court date of 2/22/12.
On 2/6/12 at 8:20 a.m., Jill M. Chetney, 29, of W 3rd St., Oswego, NY was arrested for AUO, 3rd degree (suspended 7/19/11 for insurance lapse, 2/5/12 for Failure to Answer Summons in T/O Lysander) and Operating a MV w/o Inspection Certificate following a traffic stop on SR 104 in the Town of Oswego. Ms. Chetney was released on UTT’s, returnable to the Town of Oswego Court on 2/20/12.
