Plattsburgh woman arrested on Felony Probation Violation
DATE AND TIME OF ARREST: 02/12/2012 0726 hrs
The defendant Stephanie Burke, age 21, of Plattsburgh NY, was arrested after the Sheriff’s office received a warrant of arrest, from the Clinton County Probation Department. It is alleged that the defendant violated the terms of her felony probation, from a previous conviction of criminal possession of a controlled substance in the fourth degree, a class C Felony.
The defendant was processed in the station and admitted to the Clinton County Jail awaiting her arraignment in County Court next week.
