SP Jamestown – Out of State residents arrested for Felony Weapon Possession

On February 1st, 2012, Troopers JOHN BURRIS and JASON CRESANTI interviewed truck driver NIKITA BOBOLJOV, 21, of Orlando, Florida, during a routine inspection at the Ellery Overlook on Interstate 86. While searching the cab, Trooper CRESANTI located a loaded Glock 22, .40 caliber handgun and metal knuckles. BOBOLJOV stated the metal knuckles belonged to him and MARINA FLORIANOVICH, 23, of Spokan, Washington, admitted the handgun belonged to her. Both subjects were arrested for Criminal Possession of a Weapon 2nd Degree (felony) and Criminal Possession of a Weapon 4th Degree. Both subjects were transported to SP Jamestown where the were processed, arraigned in the Town of Ellery Court and remanded to the Chautauqua County Jail.
