SP Rochester patrol makes a DWI arrest at a Sobriety Road Check on February 4, 2012 at 1:50am on the inner loop in the city of Rochester. Arrested for driving while intoxicated was Angel L. Jimenez, Jr. , age 25 of 364 Murray Street , Rochester. Mr. Jimenez was driving without headlamps and during a subsequent interview he was taken into custody and transported to SP Rochester for further processing. He refused to provide a breath sample and was then committed to Monroe County Jail to await arraignment on the charges.
