Spencerport man charged with stealing snowboards from Bristol Mountain
Mr. Joshua Thomas Gallina, age 21, of Spencerport NY, was arrested for two counts of petit larceny and criminal possession of stolen property in the 5th degree following an incident where it is alledged that he stole two snow boards from two different people on January 30, 2012 from Bristol Mountain. The value of both snow boards is $1,280.00. Mr. Gallina was found on Bristol Mountain using one of the stolen snow boards by one of the owners of the snow boards. Mr. Gallina was issued several appearance tickets and will answer the charges at a later date in the Town of South Bristol Court.
