State Police recently arrested four persons after an assault incident which occurred in the early morning hours of February 12th in the Village of Victory, Saratoga County. The incident was reported the following day by the victim at the trooper barracks in Malta.   Troopers from the Saratoga and Schuylerville barracks investigated the alleged incident and were able to determine that three males assaulted the victim at a Gates Avenue address in Victory where he was staying. The 20 year old victim suffered a concussion, lacerations to his left ear and right eye lid and a fractured right eye socket. Troopers also determined in their investigation that a fourth individual, a female, was also involved with the incident but not the actual assault.   Arrested in connection with the incident were the following:   Brett Knorowski, 16, of Schuylerville, for Assault in the second degree, a Felony. He was arraigned in the Town of Saratoga Court and released to his parents and Saratoga County Probation pre-trial services.   Jake Maderic, 17, of Victory Mills, for Assault in the second degree, a Felony. He was arraigned in the Town of Saratoga Court and remanded to the Saratoga County Jail in lieu of bail.   Kimberly Nacy, 42, of Victory Mills , for 3 counts of Endangering the welfare of a child, a Misdemeanor, 1 count of Criminal nuisance in the second degree, a Misdemeanor, and 1 Felony count of Tampering with physical evidence. She was arraigned in the Town of Saratoga Court and remanded to the Saratoga County Jail in lieu of bail.   Also arrested was a juvenile male for Assault in the first degree, a Felony, and Criminal possession of a weapon in the fourth degree, a Misdemeanor. He was remanded to the Albany County Juvenile Secure Detention Facility.     The investigation into the incident is ongoing and other charges are pending. Inquiries are to be directed to the Bureau of Criminal Investigation (BCI) at the Saratoga Barracks in Malta at 899-2319.
