State Police Rochester make drug arrest after V&T stop

State Police Rochester make drug arrest after V&T stop on Carter St in the city of Rochester on 2/4/12 at 1:25am. Arrested for possessing 29 grams of marijuana was Luis R. Nunez, age 19 of 186 Frey St, Rochester. Mr. Nunez was charged with criminal possession of marihuana 5th degree and moving from a lane unsafely. He was transported to Rochester Barracks and processed and issued appearance tickets returnable in city court on 2/15/12.
