Stony Brook Man Arrested For DWI

(Middletown, NY – February 6, 2012) On February 4, 2012, SP Margaretville Troopers arrested Francis J. McPartland, 53, of Stony Point, NY for Driving While Intoxicated with a BAC result of .13%. The arrest resulted from a traffic stop on State Route 28 in Middletown, NY. Mr. McPartland was issued tickets returnable to the Town of Middletown Court on February 23, 2012.
