Stuyvesant man arrested for sending lewd photographs to minor

On February 21, 2012 the State Police BCI at Livingston arrested Anthony G. Link, 27 of Stuyvesant, NY.
SP Livingston BCI in conjunction with the Columbia County District Attorney’s Office conducted an investigation into inappropriate sexual communication, via a social networking site, between Mr. Link and a minor. Link was illegally talking about sexual activities with the female and disseminated lewd photos to her over the course of several months.
Mr. Link was charged with one count of Disseminating Indecent Material to a Minor, a Class D Felony and one count of Endangering the Welfare of Child, a Class A Misdemeanor.
Mr. Link was arraigned in the Town of Greenport Court and remanded to the Columbia County Jail without bail. He is set to reappear in the Town of Stuyvesant Court on 2/22/12.
The State Police encourage all parents to monitor their children’s activities on the internet and social networking sites.
