Victor teen charged after striking RG&E Utility Pole

Sheriff’s Deputies along with Fishers and Victor Fire and Victor/Farmington reponded to Benson
Rd in Victor for a 1 car MVA. Lucas Tylutki, age 19, of Pittsford NY was operating a grey Honda Northbound on Benson Rd when he went of the roadway striking a RGE utility pole and then a fence. Mr. Tylutki left the scene and was located a short time later at his residence. He refused medical treatment. He was issued citations for unsafe speed and. leaving the scene of an MVA. He will answer the charges in the Victor Court.
