Victor woman charged after sending text messages to estranged husband

On 02-07-12, at approx. 0100hrs, located at 299 East Main. St. in Victor, Ontario County Sheriffs Deputies arrested Felissa. A. Pagorek, age 32, of Victor NYfor Criminal Contempt in the Second Degree. Allegedly, Felissa had been sending constant text messages to her estranged husband in violation of a stay away Order of Protection issued by Manchester Town Court during a separate criminal proceeding which orders Felissa to cease all contact with the victim. Felissa was issued an appearance ticket returnable to Farmington Town Court on a later date to answer
the charges.
